A highly successful and well-regarded property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Lease Consultancy Surveyor at Associate Director or Director level, based from their South Central offices. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, working with a diverse portfolio of national landlord and occupier clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a well-established client portfolio
- Analysing and summarising lease documentation
- Undertaking property inspections
- Preparing pre-negotiation and advisory reports, supported by market evidence
- Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears on behalf of landlords and occupiers
- Producing reports for internal and third-party referrals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients

- MRICS qualified
