Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join a well-established and growing commercial property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of formal valuation reports, alongside providing professional landlord and tenant advice to a diverse client base. This is a key role within the team, offering the chance to contribute significantly to the continued growth and success of the business across valuation and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver valuation reports in line with client instructions and RICS Red Book standards
- Provide expert landlord and tenant advice
- Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations
- Liaise regularly with commercial property management teams
- Report directly to senior leadership within the commercial department
Essential Requirements
- MRICS
- Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE)
- Clean driving license
