Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced Commercial Property professional at Senior Surveyor level to join a growing regional team.

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio while playing an important role in the continued development of the property management and asset management function. This position offers progression, exposure to high‑quality clients, and the opportunity to take on increased responsibility within the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day‑to‑day operation of a mixed commercial property portfolio
  • Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
  • Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
  • Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
  • Assisting with asset management initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
  • Producing clear, high‑quality reporting
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required

What They're Looking For

  • MRICS Qualified (or working toward qualification)
  • Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or similar level
  • Confident communicator with strong client‑facing skills
  • Commercially minded, organised and proactive
  • Ambitious individual keen to develop and progress
  • Full UK driving licence

Package & Details

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Full‑time, Monday-Friday
  • Flexible / agile working offered
