About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor with strong Landlord & Tenant expertise to take on a key role within a busy and growing practice. The position will be primarily focused on rent reviews, lease renewals and strategic landlord and tenant advice, acting for a wide range of clients across retail, office and industrial assets. While the core of the role is L&T, you will also gain exposure to agency, valuations and general professional work, providing a well‑rounded general practice environment. You will play a central role in delivering high‑quality advice to clients, managing instructions from start to finish, and contributing to the continued growth of the professional services offering.

What You'll Be Doing
- Advising landlords and tenants on rent reviews and lease renewals, including negotiations and settlements
- Providing strategic asset management advice to maximise value
- Managing L&T instructions from inception through to completion
- Undertaking property inspections and analysis to support negotiations
- Supporting wider professional work, including valuations and general advisory
- Assisting with agency instructions on disposals and acquisitions where required
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Producing high‑quality reports and professional advice

- Proven experience within Landlord & Tenant surveying
- Background in general practice, agency or professional services
- Strong negotiation and advisory skills
- MRICS / AssocRICS desirable but not essential
