Beach Baker is working with a well‑established property consultancy to recruit a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate into their small and highly regarded Commercial Property team. The role offers exposure to all aspects of commercial property with a strong rural focus, including agency, property management, landlord & tenant matters, valuations, rating, and development work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial surveyor with some commercial experience, to join a supportive practice with clear career progression and a genuinely varied workload.

- High standards of work with the ability to manage deadlines
- A strong team player with the initiative to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
