Beach Baker is working with a growing regional property team to recruit an experienced Senior Commercial Property Management Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio across Cornwall and Devon, working in a friendly and sociable environment with genuine flexibility.
The Role
You will manage a substantial mixed commercial portfolio, taking full ownership of day‑to‑day management, client relationships and service delivery. The work is varied and includes office, retail and light industrial assets.
- Managing a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Tenant liaison, lease management and compliance
- Organising inspections, maintenance and H&S
- Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets
- Managing lease events, rent reviews and L&T matters
- Providing high-quality service to both clients and occupiers
- Working independently with minimal supervision
This role is ideal for someone confident, professional and proactive who enjoys responsibility and autonomy.

- MRICS‑qualified surveyors, consideration given to candidates working towards APC
- Strong knowledge of commercial property management

Salary & Benefits
- £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience
- 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays)
- Private Medical Insurance (BUPA) after probation
