What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of estates across South, Central, and East Cumbria
- Build strong relationships with farm tenants and partners
- Provide expert advice on land use, agriculture, and environmental issues
- Support strategic land management decisions and deliver projects
- Take responsibility for budgets and financial performance
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of land use, agriculture, asset management, conservation, and sustainability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- RICS accreditation (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Financial and project management experience
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
