We are working with a well‑established independent property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building / Property Surveyor to join its team. This is a home‑based role, with survey work focused predominantly across Hampshire. The Role
The role is primarily focused on residential surveying, with flexibility to tailor the workload to suit the successful candidate's strengths and preferences. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out residential building surveys and HomeBuyer Reports
- Inspecting properties and identifying building defects, maintenance and repair issues
- Producing clear, accurate and well‑structured survey reports for private clients
- Communicating findings professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Managing your own diary, instructions and workload end‑to‑end
There is also scope for candidates to broaden into other types of surveying or property work over time, should they wish.
Candidate Profile
