Having successfully placed six consultants with the business, Beach Baker is delighted to continue its work with a leading independent valuation practice operating across England and Wales. Our client provides a comprehensive range of residential, commercial, and development valuations and is highly regarded for its professionalism, reliability, and consistently high levels of customer service. They have built long‑standing relationships with a broad spectrum of brokers and lender clients, particularly within the bridging and secured lending market, where speed, accuracy, and consistency are critical. Due to sustained growth, they are now seeking to appoint experienced RICS Registered Valuers to join their busy national panel.
The Role
- Undertake valuation instructions within a 40‑mile radius of your home postcode
- Carry out residential, commercial, and development valuations
- Operate in a fast‑paced lending environment with clear turnaround targets:
- Residential: 2 working days from inspection
- Commercial & Development: 4 working days from inspection
Remuneration
- 50% of the net fee received from the client
- Guaranteed minimum fee of £150 per instruction
- Competitive fee scales with a transparent payment structure
About You
- Be MRICS and RICS Registered
- Have a minimum of 5 years' post‑qualification experience
- Be highly professional, meticulous, and quality‑focused
- Be comfortable working autonomously while meeting tight deadlines
