The Role
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established building surveying service line and workload, while playing a key part in shaping and expanding the building consultancy offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including Dilapidations, Schedules of condition, and Project Management
- Take ownership of an existing fee income stream
- Work closely with company founders and clients to provide strategic property advice
- Build and develop new client relationships, supported by an established professional network
- Contribute to the growth and integration of building consultancy services within the wider business
About You
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent preferred)
- Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level (or ready to step up)
- Strong experience across core professional building surveying services
- Comfortable working independently in a highly autonomous role
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a service line
- Proven client‑facing skills with the ability to generate and develop business opportunities
