An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and well-regarded practice with a strong presence across South London and Kent. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed commercial property portfolio across South London and Kent
  • Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Oversee property inspections, maintenance and service delivery
  • Assist with rent reviews, lease events and day-to-day asset management activity
  • Support onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth integration into the portfolio
  • Maintain accurate property records and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in commercial property management
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and tenants
  • Organised and proactive approach to managing a portfolio
  • MRICS desirable, but not essential
  • Experience within a consultancy or managing agent environment preferred
