My client is recruiting for roles in their restructuring team. A forward-thinking organisation that has gone through a period of change is looking for top talent to help strengthen and grow what is already a successful team. Due to increased growth, my client is seeking a Surveyor in their restructuring team.
This company is a leading provider of real estate valuation and consulting for investments and transactions. They provide clients with research and valuation analysis to determine the value of their real estate assets. Support is given to a wide range of client interests, from financing and purchase price allocations (merger & acquisition support) to financial reporting and due diligence. The range of properties is exciting and diverse.
The successful candidate will be:
- RICS Surveyor - with circa 1-2 years PQE
