Beach Baker is proud to partner with a highly respected independent property consultancy to recruit a Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate-level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding valuation team. The Opportunity: Join one of the fastest-growing commercial property advisor teams in the South West. Work within a multidisciplinary team with market-leading experts. Access an established client base with diverse valuation work, primarily along the A303. Hybrid and flexible working in a sociable office with monthly team activities. Use the latest property valuation technology, including KEL and Argus Developer. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality valuations for loan security, tax and financial reporting, and internal decision-making. Conduct inspections, research market data, and produce valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards. Provide valuations for commercial assets, development sites, and specialist property sectors. Work collaboratively with investment, agency, professional, and development teams for seamless client service. Identify and contribute to new business opportunities within the valuation sector. What We\’re Looking For: MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Strong technical knowledge of Red Book valuations, including commercial and development assets. A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ARGUS software. Full UK driving license.
