£75k – £85k base plus car allowance and bonus

Join a high-performing and well-established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director, where you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, elevating client service, and leading a talented group of valuation professionals. Acting as deputy to the team lead, you\’ll oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.

You\’ll deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties-while championing service excellence and commercial success.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Spearheading business development efforts and seizing cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.
• Nurturing a high-performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.
• Taking full ownership of client relationships and driving the delivery of high-quality valuation work.
• Supporting the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.

What we\’re looking for:

• A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management.
• Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes.
• Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.
• Someone with entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.
