About the Role
This is a senior, hands‑on position managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across multiple asset classes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering a high‑quality, proactive, and commercially focused management service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed commercial property portfolio to best‑practice standards
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting reports, budgets, and performance insights
- Leading lease events including renewals, rent reviews, assignments, and dilapidations
- Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and financial forecasting
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure high operational standards
- Managing maintenance programmes, contractors, and compliance activity
- Ensuring full statutory and health & safety compliance
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Reporting portfolio performance and contributing to process improvements
What We\’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years\’ experience in commercial property management
- Strong client‑facing skills with confidence interacting with a varied client base
- Experience gained within a small to mid‑sized commercial property environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets, compliance, lease events, and reporting
- MRICS highly desirable (or working towards)
