Role: Commercial Property Surveyor

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: Dependent on experience

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to join a respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic commercial property team, delivering a full range of services to clients across Leicestershire.

You will manage a varied portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and development properties, with responsibilities including:

  • Lease reviews, rent negotiations, and property inspections
