A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals-including 200 dedicated Project Managers-the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Role Features
- Office based in the City Centre.
- Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
- Mainly managing public sector projects.
- Working with 'Grade-A' clients.
- Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.
- Social and people focused organisation.
- Recruitment due to team growth - not a replacement.

- The team generally work in the office 2-days a week and the rest on-site and WFH.

The team are well respected in the industry, so you have a chance to work with some of the best people in the field.
- Partnering with clients who have secured project funding, ensuring a stable pipeline of work.
- Sectors include Emergency Services, Education, Healthcare, Aviation, and many more.
- Interesting spread of projects and will not be pigeon-holed in one area, however the business is also happy to support someone who wants specilaise or create their own niche in a particular sector. So, this role would be great for someone who hasn't had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance.

The Candidate
Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM, or working towards this. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from a commercial, construction consultancy or client-side background.
