The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will:

• Deliver RICS-compliant valuations across commercial and mixed-use assets
• Undertake inspections, due diligence and market analysis
• Provide strategic advice to a growing client base
• Drive business development activity in the Bristol and wider South West market
• Support the growth of a broader general practice service offering
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business
• Mentor and support future hires as the team grows

About You

• MRICS qualified & RICS Registered Valuer
• Circa 5+ years PQE within a private practice environment
• Proven experience delivering commercial valuations
• Strong client-facing and business development capability
• Ambition to take on greater responsibility and leadership
• A desire to play a key role in growing a regional business
• Full UK driving licence
