The Role
- City centre office location
- Part of a national Building Surveying team of circa 40 professionals, approx. 200 employees within the business across all offices
- Exposure to a broad range of instructions across diverse commercial property portfolios
- Balanced workload: approximately 50% project/contract administration and 50% professional surveys

The Candidate
- The hiring manager is open to candidates from Recently Chartered level through to Senior Surveyor, with salary tailored accordingly.
- Ideally experience within commercial property
- Candidates from construction or client-side backgrounds will also be considered
- MRICS or MCIOB qualifications are preferred but not essential
