New Department - Valuation Associate/Director in Bristol

The Role

Reporting directly into senior leadership, responsibilities will include:

• Delivering RICS Red Book-compliant valuations across commercial and mixed-use property
• Undertaking inspections, market research and detailed due diligence
• Providing strategic valuation and property advice to clients
• Developing and strengthening client relationships across the South West
• Supporting business development and winning new instructions
• Contributing to the expansion of wider General Practice service lines
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
• Mentoring and supporting future team members as the office grows

About You

The successful candidate is likely to possess:

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
• Approximately 5+ years post-qualification experience
• A strong background in commercial valuation
• Experience within private practice
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
• The ambition to move into a leadership role
• A desire to help grow a successful regional business
• Full UK driving licence
