Lease Consultancy Surveyor - Associate/Director in Bristol

Beach Baker is exclusively partnering with a leading global real estate consultancy to recruit an experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor into its high-performing Bristol office.

This is a standout opportunity to join a well-established, National Director-led team with a strong pipeline, excellent client relationships and a clear plan for continued growth across the South West.

The Opportunity

You will work on a diverse and high-quality instruction base, delivering key lease advisory services across:

• Industrial, office and retail sectors
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Lease regears and restructuring
• Break options and strategic lease advice
• Expert witness work (where applicable)

You’ll benefit from direct client exposure, autonomy over your workload, and the backing of a nationally recognised lease advisory platform.

Your Role

• Lead and deliver rent review and lease renewal instructions
• Provide strategic lease advisory advice to a strong client base
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support the growth of the South West lease advisory offering
• Collaborate with wider teams on cross-disciplinary mandates

About You

We’re keen to speak with commercially driven surveyors who can demonstrate:

• MRICS qualification
• Proven experience within lease advisory across the UK market
• Strong track record of managing instructions independently
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and win work
• A commercial mindset with ambition to progress

Appointments will be considered at Associate, Senior Associate or Director level, depending on experience and fee track record.
