Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit an Associate or Partner-level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding valuation team in Bristol. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected team with a strong pipeline of work across alternative assets, including leisure, healthcare, theatres, education, student accommodation, and PBSA.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
- Conduct inspections, research, and prepare detailed valuation reports using RICS Profit and DCF methods.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the alternative valuation sector.
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.
What We're Looking For
- MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Strong technical knowledge of DCF / Profit valuations and RICS standards.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
- Full UK driving licence.
