The Role

• Excellent office location with easy access to Temple Meads station, Harbourside, and Cabot Circus.
• Join a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 200 staff nationwide, established for 15 years.
• Work within a national Building Consultancy team of 28, supported by a strong professional network.
• Bristol office established for 7 years, employing 20 staff including project managers, quantity surveyors, and support staff.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Associate Director or Senior Surveyor ready for the next career step.
• Proven ability in client relationship management and fee generation.
• Strong knowledge of the South West market (though relocation candidates will be considered).
