The role:
You’ll lead the Agency offering across office and industrial markets, advising a broad mix of landlords, developers, and investors on key acquisitions and disposals. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role where you:
- Drive deal origination and execution across the South West
- Build and strengthen key client relationships
- Provide strategic, market-led advice
- Work closely with internal teams (valuation, development, PM) to deliver a joined-up service
- Mentor and develop junior talent while contributing to wider business strategy
About you:
- MRICS qualified with a strong track record in office and/or industrial agency
- Established network - or the ambition and credibility to build one quickly
- Proven ability to win work, deliver deals, and grow client relationships
- Commercially driven, strategic, and confident operating at senior level
- Motivated by the opportunity to build and lead a business unit
