A highly respected property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious rural estates, delivering expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects including estate reviews, diversification, and renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as principal agent for a selection of key estate clients.
  • Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
  • Lead and support rural diversification and renewable energy projects.
  • Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
  • Manage and lead a sub-team within a larger high-performing group.
  • Maintain and grow a strong client base.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with broad project experience.
  • Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a flexible and composed approach.
  • Discreet and professional, with a clear understanding of confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred).
  • CAAV membership is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working to deadlines in a professional environment.
