A highly respected property consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Northallerton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious rural estates, delivering expert advice and managing a diverse portfolio of projects including estate reviews, diversification, and renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as principal agent for a selection of key estate clients.
- Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
- Lead and support rural diversification and renewable energy projects.
- Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
- Manage and lead a sub-team within a larger high-performing group.
- Maintain and grow a strong client base.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with broad project experience.
- Strong leadership potential and client relationship skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a flexible and composed approach.
- Discreet and professional, with a clear understanding of confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience
- MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred).
- CAAV membership is advantageous.
