We are recruiting for an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Rural Land Management and Consultancy team based in Cirencester. This is a key role supporting the management of rural estates while delivering a broad range of professional rural advisory services. The team is known for its technical excellence and works with an impressive portfolio of clients, including some of the most prestigious estates in the region. The position offers a varied blend of estate management and professional consultancy within a collaborative and well‑established team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients.
- Conduct estate and farming business reviews.
- Manage and support rural diversification projects.
- Assist clients with the promotion and development of strategic land.
- Undertake secured lending and other professional valuations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree‑educated.
- MRICS qualified (Rural pathway).
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines.
- Full, clean driving licence.

- Experienced MRICS Rural Surveyor capable of delivering work across varied rural projects.
