What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and supporting the service desk team.
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and cloud platforms.
- Take full ownership of incidents and maintenance tasks, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout.
- Maintain and patch customer estates to ensure systems are secure, supported, and up to date.
- Contribute to the development of internal technical standards, documentation, and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Proven hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (identity, security, tenant configuration).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, analytical mindset.
