Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking for a role with real impact, flexibility, and future leadership potential? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and supporting the service desk team.
  • Design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions across Microsoft and cloud platforms.
  • Take full ownership of incidents and maintenance tasks, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout.
  • Maintain and patch customer estates to ensure systems are secure, supported, and up to date.
  • Contribute to the development of internal technical standards, documentation, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Proven hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (identity, security, tenant configuration).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a methodical, analytical mindset.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Clear and confident communicator – able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
