Position Overview:
Our client based in Manchester is seeking a Litigation Manager. You\’ll be heading up the department responsible for verifying repairs are completed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team, recruiting, developing, and onboarding additional team members.
- Managing and ensuring compliance with court deadlines.
- Liaising and managing relationships with counsel and additional professionals.
- Acting as a technical resource for fee earners.
Experience:
- Well experienced in litigation and managing a team.
- A great understanding of Civil Procedure Rules.
- Experience with Case Management systems.
