The role:
The opportunity to join a dynamic team based in our client\’s Maghull office, where you\’ll head up your own caseload regarding issues surrounding divorce, separation, property and children disputes, and financial disputes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assist clients and others by taking instructions and providing accurate quotes for services, following the Billing Policy.
- Address client needs and expectations, including specific case demands such as court deadlines.
- Draft and dictate letters and documents as needed.
- Handle your own caseload, ensuring all tasks are managed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Attend client meetings, hearings, and conferences, ensuring detailed file and attendance notes are recorded.
- Comply with all professional obligations and regulations.
- Maintain flexibility to work at different office locations as required.
- Record matter-related time accurately in line with the Billing and Time Recording Policy and meet established targets.
The right person:
- Must be 3 years PQE and well experienced in family law.
- Willing to participate in marketing initiatives to support business development.
