Their marketing team plays a crucial role in achieving growth and customer retention leading to valuable interactions. We are looking for a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join their team and help optimise marketing efforts! Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and measure performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns, tailoring them to different target audiences and optimising based on performance data. Create and manage paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, aiming to drive down CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, using tools such as Google Analytics. Use data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance, employing tactics such as A/B testing, UX enhancements, UTM tracking, personalisation, retargeting, heatmaps, and Hotjar recordings.
