What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering TPRM change and transformation within a large financial services organisation
- TPRM operating models
- Governance and control frameworks
- End‑to‑end third‑party risk processes
- Working with senior stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and Compliance
- Supporting regulatory and audit outcomes through practical, delivery‑led solutions
- Operating effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight regulatory expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating at Manager or Senior Manager level
- Banking experience or/and Management Consulting background
- Proven Non‑Financial Risk (NFR) experience with hands‑on TPRM delivery
- Credibility engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators, and assurance teams
- A pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to translate policy into workable solutions
