This is an ideal opportunity for a management consultant, business analyst or project manager to take the next step in their career, gain exposure to major banking organisations and build knowledge of how large complex corporations organise their services and deliver change. We are looking to hire at the Consultant and Senior-Consultant (Sole contributors) grades.
Responsibilities
- Design and delivery of Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Mapping and documenting processes from as-is to to-be to support the provision of services in a variety of locations across multiple activities
- Creating business plans and business cases for change projects
- PMO and project management activities, producing RAID logs and managing risks to timelines and budgets
- Process-mapping and analysis, leading to process improvements
- Organising and enabling workshops for stakeholders to gather business requirements, leading to the creation of Functional requirement specifications
- Managing client relationships and contributing to sales initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications
- Work experience in change and transformation, likely to have been gained from a consultancy or the internal change department of a large, complex banking or financial services organisation
- Strong analytical skills and experience of data analysis and process mapping
- Proven track record of implementing and managing change
- Strong communication skills, and the confidence to liaise with a variety of stakeholders with differing priorities
- Ability to understand the bigger picture within a large corporate environment
