We’re looking for a motivated Account Management Specialist to join a fast‑paced FinTech Partnerships team in London on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will bring several years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Key Account Management / Sales / Business Development), ideally within the fintech or payments industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partner Management – Oversee the performance and operations of the largest and most complex payment partners, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Project Leadership – Lead end‑to‑end high‑impact projects aimed at optimizing commercial processes, reducing operational friction, and enhancing partner satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence – Drive day‑to‑day operations for key payment partner accounts, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting – Develop, analyze, and present sophisticated reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Team & Initiative Leadership – Lead multiple secondary tasks within the FinTech Partnerships team, such as incident management, CRM strategy, and stakeholder frameworks.
  • Complex Incident Resolution – Resolve complex incidents with internal and external stakeholders, implementing robust tracking mechanisms.
  • Cross‑Functional Optimization – Identify and implement significant optimization opportunities in collaboration with senior cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Liaison – Act as a critical liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights and mediating complex discussions.

Key Requirements

  • Several years of progressive experience in a similar role (e.g., Senior Key Account Management, Senior Sales, Business Development Lead), with a strong preference for fintech or payments industry experience.
  • Extensive experience with banks, EMIs, PSPs, or other fintech companies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
