A well‑established professional services organisation is looking for a Rewards Manager to lead the ongoing improvement of reward processes and systems. This role can be based out of Manchester or Bristol on a hybrid or remote basis (remote will definitely include occasional office visits). This role will act as the process lead within the Reward function, ensuring compensation operations are efficient, compliant and scalable across a complex, multi‑country environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading enhancements to compensation and benefits processes and systems
- Driving ongoing improvements to Workday Advanced Compensation, including automation and reporting
- Managing testing, issue resolution and user acceptance for compensation changes
- Producing and maintaining clear process documentation and controls
- Acting as the primary point of contact for reward process‑related matters
- Partnering with HR, Technology teams and external suppliers
About you:
- Experience in Reward, Compensation or Benefits process improvement
- Good working knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation
- Proven ability to lead system‑enabled change in a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical, detail‑oriented and improvement‑focused
