We are working with a UK technology business that develops specialist software used across the insolvency sector. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for an experienced insolvency professional to join the team as a Product Specialist/Subject Matter Expert. For this role we are open to discussing a hybrid/remote working arrangement for candidates across the UK. The role:
- Support the delivery and configuration of the software for firms transitioning onto the platform.
- Act as an internal specialist, helping interpret client requirements and ensuring accurate system setup.
- Contribute to product enhancements through issue investigation, root-cause analysis, feedback, and testing.
- Collaborate with onboarding, product, and support teams to maintain quality and improve user experience.
About you:
- Background in insolvency (preferably corporate) and a strong understanding of UK insolvency processes and transactional requirements.
- Confident communicating with clients and explaining technical processes clearly.
- Analytical, detail‑focused, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams.
- Technically minded, with an interest in technology and how software works in practice.
- Qualifications such as AAT or CPI are an advantage but not essential.
