Legal Project Executive – Global Law Firm

Location: London or Bristol | Hybrid Working

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that plays a central role in how the firm delivers client work, combining legal expertise with project management discipline, technology, and data-driven insight.

As part of the Legal Operations and Project Management team, you will play a pivotal role in embedding project management disciplines and behaviours across the firm, ensuring legal services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and consistently.

You will leverage your expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and change delivery to enhance client service, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure projects and matters adhere to timelines and budgets.

A key focus of this role will be delivering project management training, promoting awareness of project management tools, and driving adoption of new ways of working. You will collaborate closely with Operations Managers and senior stakeholders to support the firm’s strategic initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has recently started their journey in legal or professional services project management (around 2–3 years’ experience).
  • Wants to develop a long-term career within a global, forward-thinking environment.
  • Is motivated by innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Support lawyers and teams in planning, tracking, and delivering client matters and internal projects.
  • Apply project management principles to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational goals.

You’ll need:

  • Strong organisational skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a project-related role (ideally within professional services or the legal sector).
