Legal Operations – Project Manager Our client, a future-facing legal firm based in London, is seeking a Permanent Legal Operations – Project Manager. This pivotal role will support their legal teams by applying legal project management (LPM) principles to enhance efficiency and outcomes of legal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing changes that improve operational processes, designing and delivering training programs, and leading projects that align with strategic objectives. You will work closely with the firm’s practice groups, ensuring high satisfaction and value delivery through tailored solutions and stakeholder engagement. Experience: Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in a legal or regulatory setting. Strategy Formulation: Contribute to growth objectives and support the development of Legal Operations service lines. Project Management: End-to-end management of legal projects with a strong understanding of LPM methodologies. Process Improvement: Expertise in change management and process mapping to enhance productivity. Data Proficiency: Ability to analyse and derive insights from data, with a focus on KPIs and financial acumen. Training Delivery: Experience in designing and delivering training programs for legal teams and stakeholders. Collaboration Skills: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. Education: Degree (or equivalent), PRINCE2 (or equivalent), and Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) certifications preferred.
