Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Services Executive specialising in Projects, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow offices (with occaisonal travel between). The successful candidate will join the Managed Legal Services (MLS) team, working closely with lawyers to design and deliver efficient legal solutions that leverage people, processes, and technology. This multifaceted role involves engaging with clients, managing projects, developing MLS resources, and providing hands-on support across multiple services and projects. You will report to the Head of Managed Legal Services and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in project management or service delivery; 2+ years preferred
- Paralegal experience is advantageous
- Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
- Experience with process mapping tools is a plus
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset
