We are excited to be working with a rapidly growing Scottish-owned business to hire two Business Development Managers (one for Edinburgh, one for Glasgow) as the company looks to capitalise on its continued success. We are looking for individuals with the hunger and drive to manage their own diary and take full ownership over the city geography they cover. This is a face-to-face field-sales role where you will be required to use your own initiative to arrange meetings with prospective clients and sell the service based on the quality of the proposition.

You will be given all the necessary tools, including a state of the art CRM system, incoming warm leads and in-depth induction training to ensure you are fully equipped and set up for success. This will include being mentored and coached by a hugely successful and experienced Head of Sales. The overall package includes a competitive salary, uncapped commission potential, market leading pension and additional benefits such as Medicash. Furthermore, success in this role allows the successful candidate to manage their own diary which creates the opportunity for excellent work-life balance.
