We are supporting a Professional Services organisation in their search for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leadership team within a busy and fast-paced People & Transformation function. This hybrid role will be based out of a central Glasgow office and operate as a 6-month engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic EA / PA who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys working with senior stakeholders, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive diary and inbox management for senior leaders
  • Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
  • Preparing presentations, reports, briefing papers and correspondence
  • Organising internal and external events and team activities
  • Supporting internal communications and digital collaboration platforms
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure key activities are delivered efficiently
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
About You:
  • Significant experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • A proactive, professional and adaptable approach
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information

This role would suit a highly organised and experienced EA/PA who enjoys being a trusted support to senior leaders and contributing to the success of a collaborative and professional team.
