This role is based in one of our clients\’ regional UK offices across Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options. The salary range is competitive, between £48,000 to £58,000, depending on experience. You’ll collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Policy teams to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle. Embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle and internal policies Use data to identify trends and measure impact Proven expertise in DEIB strategy and implementation Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Understanding of DEIB in Learning & Development and policy contexts
