We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading professional services organisation on a

12-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of circa 90K plus benefits.

Working within a complex environment, you will collaborate closely with partners and senior leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support, helping to drive business performance, engagement, and organisational success.

This role can be linked on a hybrid working basis to a Manchester, Bristol or Sheffield office.

This is a broad HRBP role, offering the opportunity to influence people strategy while remaining hands-on in the delivery of key initiatives and business-critical people matters.

Key responsibilities include

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and delivering people plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting talent, performance, succession, and reward processes.
  • Using people data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability.
  • Supporting complex employee relations matters and leading a team of HR professionals.

  • Significant HR Business Partnering experience within a complex environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading change and transformation programmes.
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building capability.
  • CIPD qualification preferred.
