We’re working with a leading investment firm and they’re looking for a Senior Associate to support their investment team across financial/commercial analysis and end-to-end deal execution.
Contract: Initial 3 months (potential extension)
Location: Edinburgh (hybrid working)
Rate: Up to £400/day (Inside IR35)
What you’ll be doing:
- Building, refining and interpreting financial and commercial valuation models to support investment decisions
- Conducting desktop research to shape opportunity assessments
- Scoping and coordinating independent due diligence, and helping draft investment committee papers
- Providing hands-on deal execution support across the full investment lifecycle
- Managing multiple time-critical workstreams in a fast-moving environment as part of a supportive, skilled team
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience in a financial, commercial or industrial environment
- Exposure to transactions / investment / corporate finance
