We are seeking a skilled Cutover Manager to lead a critical phase of a major WRAP platform migration, transitioning customers from a legacy system to FNZ-powered technology. This role involves developing and owning the cutover strategy, coordinating technical readiness, business operations, and contingency plans. You will lead rehearsals, command during live transitions, and ensure seamless execution when the lights go green.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the end-to-end cutover plan.
  • Manage runbooks, rehearsals, execution schedules, and governance procedures.
  • Coordinate efforts across technology, operations, business teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Work closely with external vendors, with FNZ experience being highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success managing large-scale platform or technology migrations.
