Our client, a leading provider of control and monitoring solutions, is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts within the Retail Refrigeration and HVAC sectors. This role focuses on driving adoption, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes from advanced control and monitoring solutions.
Location and Compensation
Home-based covering South England with occasional travel nationally and across Europe. Competitive salary of £50,000‑£60,000 plus up to 20% bonus potential and benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Lead structured business reviews and create joint success plans tailored to each account.
- Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion across hardware, software, and connected platforms.
