Recruitment Consultant Job Description & Purpose The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of temporary staffing solutions to new and existing clients across logistics and driving sector. With a hybrid focus on recruitment delivery, service excellence, and commercial performance, you\’ll develop the skills needed to manage accounts, service client requirements, and contribute to gross profit growth. You\’ll be measured on key KPIs including candidate onboarding, client engagement, interviews / assessments booked, placements made, and weekly/monthly gross profit generated. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a structured development path toward becoming a fully operational consultant. Key Responsibilities Candidate Resourcing & Onboarding Client Servicing & Delivery Sales Support & Commercial Activity Interview & Booking Coordination Operational Reporting & Accountability Qualifications & Experience Ideally 6-12 months\’ experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment (e.g. recruitment, sales, retail, logistics). Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and learning the recruitment industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and professional approach. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Commercially aware with a willingness to learn about gross profit, billing, and recruitment KPIs. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (or willingness to travel to client sites when required).
