Production Operatives Required! BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a manufacturing company, based in Coleshill, Birmingham. In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least 1 year experience in manufacturing/production.

- Spot welding
- Quality Inspection
- Operating/assisting machinery
- Using heavy duty Press, Stamping & Robotic Machinery
- General factory duties

Hours of work for the Production Operative:
- AM: Monday - Friday | 06:00 - 14:00 (11:30am Finish Friday)
- PM: Monday - Friday | 14:00 - 22:00 (17:00pm Finish Friday)
These are long term roles with genuine opportunity to go permanent after a successful trial period.
Pay rate for Production Operative:
- AM - £12.71 with a daily shift allowance of £5.50 for morning shift
- PM - £12.71 plus a daily shift allowance of £8.60 for evening shift
