BE Recruitment are recruiting a Product Manager - based in Whetstone, Leicester. BE Recruitment are working with a specialist supplier of rotary and linear motion products, providing innovative solutions with power outputs ranging from 1W to 5KW. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence sets them apart in the industry.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of products and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
  • Manage pricing, purchasing and product information.
  • Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and customer enquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for product growth and new markets.
  • Monitor supplier performance and stock levels.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to drive commercial success.
  • Continuously improve processes while taking ownership of their product range.

Benefits & Package:

  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Mainly based on site: Some travel required.
  • Annual Bonus: (Once passed probation)
  • Working Hours: Standard Hours 08:30 - 17:00 | Monday - Friday. (Flexibility required due to the nature of the position)
