Role : Health and Safety Co-ordinator Location: Northampton Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 (Mon – Thu) 8.30 – 3.00 (Fri) Pay: £30k – 35k per annum Role Overview: We are looking for a Health and Safety Co-ordinator to join our client\’s team in Northampton. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating health and safety activities across the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and promoting a strong safety culture. You will assist in risk assessments, inspections, training, and reporting to maintain a safe working environment for all staff, visitors, and contractors. Duties Will Include: -Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, reporting and following up on findings. – Assist in the development, implementation, and review of health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments. -Support and monitor accident investigations and implement corrective actions. -Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety requirements.
